Thank You For All the Nominations!

I received a phenomenally high number of nominations on various Chlark, Chlollie and Clex stories for the Smallville Fandom Appreciation Awards. Thank you so to everyone who nominated me! Know that you all do your part to keep the fanfic fire burning in my heart for a show that’s been off the air almost a year, and was off-kilter for many years before that (and these crummy comics don’t count, IMO) ;-)
I know I’ll be up against some extremely talented people once the shortlist is drawn; it’ll be tough. Even if I don’t win any of the awards, I’ll forever know that my stories are being read, appreciated and much loved. And for this, I thank you. *group-huggles* :-)
For the categories where I received multiple nominations on different stories, I have to choose which one I’d like to be shortlisted for the final cut. *sniff* :-( I'll probably go with public opinion, but either way, I'm so chuffed and humbled to have been nominated at all!

Four Chlollie Awards for Dee!!!

So it filled me with glee whenever I got a positive comment on a story, which turned out to be pretty often. To be nominated for SIX Chlollie Awards, and to record wins in FOUR of them is the most squeeworthy thing that has happened to me in a long, long time. :-)

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-D
I can't even begin to say how honoured and humbled I am. Completely chuffed to bits...bits, I tell you!
What with all the other wonderful nominees listed, I don't really expect to win, or even place in the top three (
Massive, massive apologies to my fellow Chlarkers, but I feel very bad having a WIP up for so many accolades when it hasn't even been finished. Y'all know I love you, right? ;-)
*strokes chin suspiciously* Hmm...was that the plan all along; nominate me to light a fire under my no-good keister to finish the story? Well, your evil plan has failed! Or succeeded, depending on how you look at it...because there's going to be a third - and a fourth - instalment in the Funsies-Realsies Chain!
