Yeah, Chloe needed to be able to get to grips with her pregnancy without any ill-feelings about her baby's father, which is why Oliver needed to not be around her for now.

Let's be honest, he pulled a stupid move and deserves everything he's getting. Even if I want to cuddle him to my bosom and promise him that everything's gonna be alright. ;-)
