I like to think that being a mate meant that their lives were now entertwined and Clark's regenerative ability, absorbing yellow sun and a longer life span meant Chloe would live as long as he did."
I never thought of that, but it's a great premise! Usually I work off Chloe's healing ability which literally brings her back from the dead to conclude that her cells regenerate so effectively and efficiently that she can't die. Thanks, PTB! ;-)
